Question: The game crashes after updating to iOS 26.0.1
Answer: While our technical team is investigating this issue, they have identified that the crash occurs only when the system language is set to English. As a temporary workaround, you can change your device’s system language to another language. The game itself can still be played in English under these conditions.
You can change the system language on your iPad by following these steps:
- Open Settings on your iPad
- Go to "General"
- Select "Language & Region"
- Tap "iPad Language"
- Choose any other language and confirm the change.
Please note that the issue no longer occurs on iPhone devices running iOS 26.0.1, but it may still be present on iPad devices. We hope this will be addressed in future OS updates, and we will also continue reviewing the issue on our side as part of upcoming game updates.
Alternatively, you can keep playing on any other supported platform except for iOS 26.0.1. All you have to do is to log into your G5 Friends account via the Change Player button in the My Profile menu and resume playing.
Question: I cannot log into my Facebook account from within the game.
Answer: We are sorry to inform you that Facebook authentication is no longer accessible in G5 Games. This will result in a further inability to invite friends from Facebook to the game and set an avatar from your Facebook account. Also, posting achievements, rating the game, and other game activities that require interacting with Facebook may be temporarily unavailable.
Don’t worry, your game progress won’t be affected. Make sure you have created an account with G5 Friends and linked it to your email address. This will ensure the security of your account and prevent any loss of game progress. You can then use your G5 Friends login credentials to transfer your progress to other platforms and devices.

Question: I have already played this game on my previous device, and now I’ve got a new one. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?
Answer: To save/restore your game progress, please try to log into your G5 Friends account in the following way:
- Locate the "Friends" icon at the bottom of the screen on your main game board.
- In a new window, select "My Profile" at the very bottom of the screen.
- Select "Change Player" to log in with the Player Login and password you used in your game before.
- Select "Connect" to confirm.
Question: I am experiencing some technical problems with the game. What should I do?
