Question: I cannot log into my Facebook account from within the game.
Answer: We are sorry to inform you that Facebook authentication is no longer accessible in G5 Games. This will result in further inability to invite friends from Facebook to the game and set an avatar from your Facebook account. Also, posting achievements, rating the game, and other game activities that require interacting with Facebook may be temporarily unavailable.
Don’t worry, your game progress won’t be affected. Make sure you have created an account with G5 Friends and linked it to your email address. This will ensure the security of your account and prevent any loss of game progress. You can then use your G5 Friends login credentials to transfer your progress to other platforms and devices.

Question: How to earn Stamps?
Answer: You can receive Stamps as a reward for completing certain quests in the game (like posting achievements to social media) and for reaching a new level (level-up).
Question: How to use Magic Ball?
Answer: Magic Ball reveals hidden objects. You need to move it slowly, as it shows the objects in about 1 second after you hover it over them.
Question: What are Collections for?
Answer: The Collections menu contains a list of all collections available in the game. Here you can view and update your Wish List, combine new collections, and search through your partially completed and uncompleted collections.
Collection items and assemblers (items needed to combine collections) for them are rewarded to players for successful investigations of scenes.
Question: How to assemble a Collection?
Answer: When you've obtained all 5 items of a particular collection, you can combine them in the Collections tab to receive your rewards. Combining Collections requires a certain number of assemblers to complete it.
Question: How to use Talismans?
Answer: Talismans are located in the Inventory. In order to activate them, choose the required one and select the "Use" button.
Question: I try to post my achievement to Twitter but I see the message: ‘You failed to log into your Twitter account.’ What should I do?
Answer: Please log into your Twitter account in the Settings app of your device.
Question: I cannot find cats and stamps in the location. What should I do?
Answer: Please be informed that you can find one black cat in every new location you open. Once you have found the cat in the room, there will be no other cats. The same is true for stamps.
Question: I cannot launch the game. What should I do?
Answer: If you are having problems opening the game, please contact our Support Team at support@g5.com with the detailed description of your issue for us to investigate your matter as quickly as possible.
Question: I have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new one. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?
Answer: In order to save/restore your game progress, please try to log into your G5 Friends account in the following way:
- Tap the 'Friends' icon at the bottom of the screen on your main game board.
- In a new window tap 'My Profile' in the very bottom of the screen.
- Tap 'Change Player' in order to log in with your Player Login and password you used in your game.
- Tap 'Sign in' to confirm the changes.
Question: The game doesn’t run after installation or shuts down during play.
Answer: To ensure optimal performance of the game, it is recommended that you restart your device after installing a new application.
