The Tools section in the Shop and Inventory contains items that help you complete levels inside Buildings.
Certain Tools are activated during levels in Buildings and others can be activated in the Building Entrance window.
You can get Tools as rewards for assembling Collections and participating in Events or find them in the Monster treasuries and caches on the Map.
