Before clearing cache make sure you remember your credentials for web forms as you will be asked again for your authentication credentials after the procedure.
If you’re using Chrome as your browser, please take the following steps to implement the fix:
- Open the Google Chrome browser;
- In the browser bar, enterchrome://settings/clearBrowserData. Or select Shift+Ctrl+Delete on your keyboard;
- In the dialog box that opens, choose All Time from the Time Range menu;
- Uncheck all checkboxes except for Cached Images and Files;
- Select Clear Data;
- Refresh the page with the game after performing the actions above.
If you’re using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, please take the following steps to implement the fix:
- Open the Firefox browser;
- Select Firefox Settings in the top-right side of your browser window (Settings are shown as three parallel lines);
- Select Privacy & Security>History and then click Clear History. Or select Shift+Ctrl+Delete on your keyboard;
- In the dialog box that opens, choose Everything from the Time Range menu;
- Uncheck all checkboxes except for Cache;
- Select Clear Now;
- Refresh the page with the game after performing the actions above.
If you’re using Microsoft Edge as your browser, please take the following steps to implement the fix:
- Open the Microsoft Edge browser;
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
(or press Ctrl + Shift + Delete). - Set Time range to All time.
- Uncheck all options except Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
- Refresh the game page.
If you’re using Opera as your browser, please take the following steps to implement the fix:
- Open the Opera browser;
- In the top-left corner, select the Opera menu, then select History and then select Clear Browsing Data. Or select Shift+Ctrl+Delete on your keyboard;
- In the dialog box that opens, choose All Time from the Time Range menu;
- Uncheck all checkboxes except for Cached Images and Files;
- Select Clear Data;
- Refresh the page with the game after performing the actions above.
