- Provide us with a screenshot of your main game board.
- Specify how many rubies were lost.
- Send us the receipts for the missing rubies.
- Provide your G5 Friends Player profile information and your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) using the Send Feedback>Report a Problem option in G5 Friends.
