Cases can be found in the Investigations section of the Diary. You can have only one active case at a time. The current active case quest is displayed on the left panel of the Main Screen and is marked with a light bulb.
After you complete a case, a new one opens. You will find different cases from the Lower City and Upper City maps in the Investigations section of the Diary.
