To reset your G5 Friends account password, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Friends icon at the bottom of the screen on your main game board.
- In a new window, select My Profile at the very bottom of the screen.
- Select Change Player under the Nickname field.
- Type your Login in the Email or Login field and select Continue.
- Choose Forgot your Password? under the Your password field.
- Enter the email address linked to your G5 Friends account or your Player Login and select Send Password Reset Link.
- You’ll receive an email with your Player Login and a link to reset your Password.
- After changing your Password, return to the game and log in with your new credentials.
