- Your G5 Friends Player Login.
- The email address associated with your G5 Friends profile.
- Your device model and firmware version.
- Your IDFA number.
- A video showing where exactly the freezing is happening in your game.
Alternatively, you can send us your G5 Friends account information via the Send Feedback>Report a Problem option in G5 Friends and attach the video in a response email which will be sent after we receive your report.
