You need to contact the Amazon Appstore Customer Service directly, as this issue is out of control of G5 Entertainment. We have no access to your account and only the Amazon Appstore support specialists are able to provide you with the refund.
You can also try requesting a refund in the following way:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Locate the order.
- Select Problem with order. For some refund/return paths, you might instead select Return or replace items and follow that flow.
- Select your problem from the list.
- Select Request refund.
- Enter your comments in the text box.
- Select Submit.
