The City of Shadows consists of two areas.
The game starts in the Lower City.
You can get to the Upper City either after completing the Unexpected Guests investigation or by participating in Events that take place in Upper City locations.
Each part of the City features its own map, locations, cases, quests, collections, and assemblers.
To switch between the City areas, press the airship button in the Bottom Menu.
