- The email address associated with your G5 Friends profile
- Your IDFA number
You can send us your G5 Friends player profile information along with your IDFA number in the following way:
- Launch the game.
- Select the “Friends” icon at the bottom of the screen on your main game board.
- Select the “Send Feedback” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Choose "Report a Problem.”
- Scroll down the list of “Known Issues” and select "My issue is not listed. Create a new ticket.”
- In the “Problem Description” field, type "Information for the ticket #_______".
- Select “Send”.
