The tools can be activated in the Select Tools section of the Building Preview Window. Tap them to select: Dynamite. You start with two sticks of dynamite.
Blasting Cap. You start with a blasting cap.
Line Crusher. You start with a line crusher.
When starting a level in a building, activate the tools you want to appear during that level.
